Number of stores served:
Juan Valdez stores opened in 2014 in South Korea , Malaysia, Bolivia ,
Paraguay , Costa Rica , Honduras, Guatemala , Miami and Kuwait

14. OMA: Specialized media , opinion leaders , importers of coffee and
ProColombia representatives will attend the opening of " Momentto " ,
the first store of the company in the Aztec country. The company,
whose products also come to Canada, the United States and Chile, had
already distributed their goods in City Market, a gourmet supermarket
in Mexico , but failed to establish point of sale in that nation . OMA ,
founded in 1970 , is the second Colombian coffee chain to open a store

Importing countries that are part of the International Coffee Organization are:
Austria, Belgium, Cyprus , Denmark, Spain , Estonia , Slovakia , Slovenia , Finland,
France, Greece , Hungary , Ireland, Italy, Japan , Latvia , Lithuania, Luxembourg ,
Malta, Norway, Netherlands , Poland , Portugal , Czech Republic , UK, Sweden ,
Switzerland , United States of America and the European Community.
17. As you can see , Colombia is not part of this list of
countries importing coffee, because it is one of the
major exporters, however in recent years , has had to
import coffee due to low production and therefore more
expensive this raw material.

18. ABROAD PROJECTION OF JUAN VALDÉZ:
With the mission to expand the category of Colombian premium coffee
