1. SELF IMPROVEMENT
For much of my life I have pursued the art of Self Improvement. It would be extremely false
to say that I'm a guru of any sort on the subject, but I am humble enough to say I'm still
learning and will continue to learn. Self-Improvement has taught me a great deal in ways of
how I think and how I conduct myself, with dignity and grace to those around me, and
especially to those I love the most. Make no mistake, I do slip up and err, but the important
thing is to always, pick myself up, learn from the event, and carry on forgiving myself and
positively developing my thoughts, my ethics, my emotions, my heart, my soul and mostly
my actions. This is essential to ensure I remain honest enough to take ownership of my
shortcomings and move forward in Life by accepting and learning from the past. A very
basic part of my journey is trying to be good and do good when I can. This brief article I've
put together and the link created hopefully fulfils a portion of that mandate by dispensing
some of the knowledge I've found useful.

2. Who can Self Improve?
Google says - "It's normal to feel like you could be doing more when it comes to self-
improvement. But being a better person doesn't involve being overly hard on yourself. In
fact, it's quite the opposite. The more self-kindness and self-compassion you can foster, the
more equipped you'll be to treat those around you the same way."
In other words - "Anyone can...."
