The other benefits viz E.S.1,P.F., Gratuity, Leave, etc. will be applicable as per your
rank.
Exit Clause:
The employment can be discontinued, without any reason being given, by either party, by
giving a month's notice in writing or payment of a month's basic salary in lieu of such
notice to the other party. If you become unauthorized absent from work place continuously
8 . (Eight Days) without prior permission or sanctioned leave, you will be treated
unauthorized absent and contract of your service shall be ceased and terminated
automatically without adopting any disciplinary proceeding by the Management and no
notice pay shall be payable to You.
