Bianka Urbanovská
Bianka is the main designer and organiser in Caveat Consultancy alongside Jeremy. In this particular case, her main tasks consisted
of interviewing student organisations of the Hague University, designing a step-by-step procedure of a buddy program with role
divisions of all stakeholders and design of a presentation and this document. Bianka is a second-year student of European Studies
with specialisation in private sector
Jeremy van Lierop
Jeremy is a third-year student of European studies with vast experience in exchange program. His main focus was
to discover the possibilities the clubs in the Hague area offer for international students and assisting Bianka with
creatingthebuddysystemmanual.Inaddition,Jeremywasresponsibleforsummarisingtheresearchmethodology.
Simina Balan
As an exchange student from the University in Nancy, Simina has the overview of the current situation in the Hague
Unviersity. She conducted interviews with organisers of events aimed to integrate international students, particularly
Mr Le Coq, Ms Bulnes Sanchez and Mr Van Oenen. Her work was a great contribution to situation analysis.
Laura Mafioly-Terver
Laura is a french exchange student in The Hague University since September. She likes being in contact with
people and therefore shares an interest in better integration. For the purpose of this report, Laura interviewed the
exchange students and with the help of our colleague Oluwatobi created and shared the survey.
Oluwatobi Owoturo
Oluwatobi is an exchange student who has been in The Hague University since August 2015. Her main role in this case
was preparing questions for a survey of international and exchange students, survey distribution and English correction.
Hysni Haxholli
Hysni is a home European Studies Student. As an experienced exchange student he and Oscar were
working on the Buddy system research which served as a background for the further buddy system
development. Hysni spent his exchange in Japan were he was also part of the international office.
Oscar Giezenaar
Oscar is a Junior Consultant at our firm. His education includes a bachelor in European Studies and he is specialized in
communication and public relations. For this report he was responsible for the research on the buddy system.
