I have significant experience in successfully delivering a variety of high profile change projects.
Recently I have over 5 years experience contracting on major change programmes in Financial
Services (RBS and Sainsbury’s Bank) building on my project and change management skills across

2. Career summary
Nov 2014 to present Project Manager – Sainsbury’s Bank, Edinburgh
New Bank Programme
Responsible for progressing Live Proving strategy and design through to delivery for New Bank
Programme (Core Banking and Savings). A key member of the Execution Management Team
responsible for scheduling and delivering Live Proving successfully over a 12 week execution
period. This resulted in over 99% successfully executed customer scenarios and associated
business checks across the banks key functional areas.
My role as Project Manager also covered the design, delivery and operation of the Funding and
Compliance risk models used as well as the planning and management of customers, accounts and
funding required for Live Proving.
This role involves managing a number of key internal and 3rd
party stakeholders (such as LBG) and
colleagues to gain formal acceptances of approach throughout.
May 2011 to Nov 2014 Senior Business Analyst – RBS, Edinburgh
EU Divestment Programme
During 3 years of successive contract renewals delivered in a variety of key roles across all phases
of a unique bank wide programme. During the divestment to Santander I ran technical cutover work
streams ensuring operations business requirements were captured, progressed through
governance and delivered by technology teams. I was chosen to be the Relationship Manager for 2
of the key business areas for the wider programme (Debt Management Operations and Fraud
Operations).
Progressed to help design and build the model for a new challenger bank (Williams and Glyn). I
worked with stakeholders to develop their new TOM models. Cluster lead for the Debt Management
and Lending process clusters producing early TOM designs. This design work lead to a role leading
BOM delivery work within the Operations work stream for the Collections and Recoveries business.
Responsible for developing, maintaining and reporting on project plans, running project working
groups, stakeholder management across technology and business teams, managing risks and
issues and producing input for key programme events and reviews. I received special recognition
for a paper presenting deep dive info for the new bank executive.
Sep 2004 to April 2011 Project Manager (Change) – Logica, Edinburgh
Client: Morrison Utility Services.
Responsible for assessing and delivering a variety of high profile IT and process change for a
demanding and cost conscious client. Management of concurrent projects ensuring full financial
management and reporting. Engagement and successful relationship building with all stakeholders
including senior management.
Consistently achieved a high turnaround of delivery on time, within budget and to satisfaction of
client. Often responsible for tackling and delivering more complex and innovative solutions.

3. June 2003 – Aug 2004 Team Leader (Transition) – LogicaCMG, London
Client: Anglian Water Group.
Led a UK wide team during a transition year for the client ensuring successful testing and re-
integration of applications into a new infrastructure. This involved multiple sites throughout the UK
demanding keen motivational and leadership skills to ensure team members met tight deadlines
and integrated successfully with other teams. Dealt with client effectively during a period of
significant business change.
July 1999 – May 2003 Analyst Programmer – Logica, London
Clients: NatWest Bank & Royal Bank of Scotland.
Selected to work alongside a business team ‘Risk Lending Systems’ to ensure regular delivery of IT
changes to their automated national strategy. Involved following the full life cycle from analysis of
business requirements through to final delivery. I was responsible for the success of several
business critical deliveries. For one of these deliveries I received an 'achievement' award from the
IT director at NatWest.
April 1995 – June 1999 IT Graduate Training and IT Analyst – Safeway Plc, London
As a graduate IT trainee I gained experience in 3 main areas of the business; Retail, Supply Chain
and Marketing Systems. I established myself as a key member of the Marketing Systems Support
and Development team establishing a pioneering customer loyalty scheme.
Responsible for integrating new members effectively into the team including, acting as a mentor and
providing technical and analysis experience.
