• Life cycle contract models and sustainability aspects in the

• Clear sustainability objectives and active unit based reporting
• Tenant commitment:
• Measure and show tenants actions towards waste generation
minimization and energy and water consumption minimization
• Satisfaction measurement
• Active reporting in social media and info-screens
