Responsible for research and development of Automated Testing Systems
that will guarantee the product’s performance according to specifications and
within the company’s desired level of quality and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Research duties consists of studying the device functions and blocks,
hardware that will be used for testing, planning of schedule according
to customer target of shipment and device presentation for possible
problem that will occur.
- Test program development for EDS (Electronic Die Sorting) and FT
(Final Test) processes in C/C++ and assembly languages, includes
consideration of accuracy, offset, resolution of inputs and
measurement unit that will be used, and conducting program check
and simulations.
- Device Under Test (DUT) debugging using hardware test equipment
and Automated Testing Equipment, ensures device test set-up is
satisfied depending on test parameter indicated in test specification,
interface different testing equipments such as keithley 24series and
other testing equipment using GPIB port communications, also ensures
stable data and comparison with bench test data, conduct bench
testing if needed and conducts test time reduction, data correlation
and voltage/current surge reduction.
- Data evaluation consists of stability, reproducibility and repeatability
check (BAR and CPK) and SHMOO for digital pattern measurements to
check enough margins.
- Device documentation for product Line Establishment.
- Hands-on prober testing and set-up.
- Also, provided support for Overseas Headquarter (ROHM Kyoto) and at
the same time attended training for Test skills and knowledge
improvement.
