Radial Tunnel Syndrome causes pain on the outer side of the elbow and the pain often radiates down the forearm. Often occurring at night, the pain is not accompanied by tingling or numbness. All kinds of elbow motion can get compromised when the joint capsule thickens and tightens up both in the front and the back.
