Nuclear Biological Chemical Warfare NCO 1999-2003
While both in garrison and in a combat situation I was in charge maintaining
approximately 150 masks and over 20 pieces of detection equipment.
Conducted and trackedall trainingthat was done to ensure all soldiers both
knew how to use the equipment and were confident that their protective masks
would work in case of said attacks. I was able to fix about 500 masks from
outside of my company with the parts that I hadon hand to ensure that all
soldiers even outside of my commandwould be safe.
 Received accommodations from Brigade Command Sargent Major for
conducting a decontamination site during a trainingmission as an E2.
 Received Army Achievement Medal for deployment preparation of the
entire company for Iraqi Freedom.
 Ensured all equipment was setup to detect any threat of attack.
 Maintaineda supply of parts to fix all masks for the company andany other
masks from outside the company could be fixed.
 Trainedsoldiers on appropriate measures and actions that should be taken in
case of an attack.
