Javonte Furlow is a current high school student seeking a part-time position to develop his leadership skills. He has strong communication abilities and is committed, determined, and hardworking. Through his JROTC experience, he practiced leadership, self-control, teamwork, and following commands. In another program, he worked on conflict resolution in small groups and communication techniques. His most recent work saw him practice core math skills, teamwork, coding computers, and making websites.
