I’m Jason Cabrera, architect graduated in 2015 in Dominican Republic. My
work objective is to implement my knowledge, studies and skills in architecture
and construction in general to contribute decisively and effectively in the
development of activities and solutions of situations that arise in the
environment of United States of America. In search for a brilliant organization

around them.
Provide all children a basic education to develop creativity, abilities and skills of
the age as learning abiliy, In order to other quality education that can boost
economic growth.
Design spaces wich can be adapted to any environment.
Establish a system that helps to invest in projects like this.

In this project an expansion and remodeling of this chapel
was made, which already existed but was small for the
activities carried out. Also, the chapel was old and required
a more modern design, which integrated the landscape
and was adapted to the context.

It is a tower of 16 apartments located in Santiago de
los Caballeros, Dominican Republic. It has an area of
140 meters square. Livingroom, diningroom, ½
bathroom, kithchen, laundry area, service bedroom,
bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a master bedroom with
bathroom and two parking for apartament.

This was my first project as an intern where I had the task of
working the structural part: calculation of beams, steel and
modifications of the plans; I also made the three-dimensional
model of the house.
When I graduated I was employed in the construction, I was
assigned a job in the office where all the plans passed through
my hands, I was responsible for modifications of facades and
interiors, architectural and structural details.

18. In the first stage of construction I worked everything
related to the project stakeout, excavation, reinforced
slabs and everything related to what we call gray Works
up a level every 10 days.
In the second stage we applied stucco walls, plaster
ceilings of the facilities sheetrock, ceiling, cerámica
floors and bathrooms.

It is a complex of hotel rooms consisting of 72 simple rooms and a luxury suite. I worked
for six months, directly in the construction and supervision of two of these villas where I
was assigned a Villa for directing the draft within a limited time.

19. In the third stage everything related to light fixures,
doors, Windows, air acondicioner, telecomunications
was performed, etc.
In the final stage we were delivered tiered romos and
picked every detail along with the technicians to
conclude this project.
