9. The narrow and elongated terrain dictated the parameters for
the implantation, segregating the house into two different
levels, a ground level for the garage and a elevated level
for the entrance of the house.
On the ground level the common and service areas were arranged,
while on the elevated level are situated the bedrooms,
bathrooms, gym and a terrace for social events.
The main facade is completely blind, to maintain the privacy
of the house and grant all the visuals towards the patio and
the terrace.

10. The client wanted a minimalist
terrace that nevertheless met his
living and entertaining needs: a dining
area, a barbecue, and a jacuzzi area.
As the space was extremely tight,
the challenge was to make the
space feel larger than its actual
size and still meet the client´s
goals. Thus, the proposal recreates
2 different areas in the same
space, separating them visually
with 2 contrasting floor finishes
Low-maintenance succulents and

11. ALICANTO HOUSE
The facade of this house stands out from the harmony achieved in the volumetry with
elevations in some spaces and the proportionate flow of the roof of the terrace,
perched on a stretch to optimize the natural lighting of the space. The rails were
proposed in glass to grant transparency. It is intended to create a contrast of
colors between white and earth tones, combined with 2 types of materials, paint
and stone.
