To whom it may concern,
It is my distinct pleasure to write a letter of recommendation for chef Jason Bruner. In the time
Jason was with us at Kino he proved himself to be a hard-working, honest, punctual and
knowledgeable employee.
His responsibilities at Kino as head chef required him to recreate the entire kitchen working
environment, in which he excelled in revolutionising the entire kitchen process from top to bottom.
As well as developing both the existing menu upon arrival and creating further menus, his constant
drive for personal perfection ,and this influence therefore on his team, ensured that delivery and
consistancy were the cornerstones to this process. He dealt directly with suppliers, hiring and
training, food preperation and storage, waste reduction, pricing each dish and creating a user
manual for the staff.
I have no hesitation in recomending chef Bruner as I am sure that he will continue to excel in the
field he has chosen and has a genuine affinity for. He is a definete advantage to any organisation to
which he is a part.
