I have known Jason Bruner for a year I offered him a job as Executive Chef of
Atlantic Cove while it was under development. Jason proved himself to be a real
assetto me and the staff of Atlantic Cove, Oishiand Thai Thani. All 3 restaurants
are located together across fromSea World on InternationalDrive.
He was responsiblefor scheduling staff, Menu development with my guidance
and the owner’s approvaland training all culinary staff to open this 175 seat
venue. Upon opening Jason supervised all productinventory including a dozen
fresh seafood items. Jason is a talented culinary professional. His knowledgeand
