Mr. Samir Modi, Founder & Managing Director of Modicare started the
company in 1996. He is an intuitive entrepreneur, who is constantly

FICCI Committee on India-Taiwan Business Cooperation and Member,

In Modicare Global Plan Rank Achievements are simple to understand and achieve.
As you start your Modicare Business, initial Ranks are based on your Group Commissionable Volume and is
explained in the table below:
Once you achieve Director Rank, to achieve higher ranks you need to help your downlines reach Director & above
Rank and fulfill the required PCV and PGCV criteria.
After Platinum Director, Diamond and Higher are Senior Leadership Ranks and are based on Group Commissionable
Volume with Max Leg Volume Rule Criteria.

1. RETAIL PROFIT - 10%
As a Modicare consultant, when you start sharing and retailing Modicare
products, you can earn a Profit of 10% on Consultant Price.
You purchase Modicare products at Consultant Price(CP) and sell them to
your customers at Recommended Retail Price(RRP). The difference
between the price that you pay and the price at which the products are
sold is the Retail Profit. You can earn Retail Profits of 10%.

2. PERFORMANCE BONUS
Performance Bonus allows Modicare Consultants to earn a percentage of their downline Commissionable Volume.
It is paid on the downlines up to four active generations.
The number of active generations of your downlines that you earn depends on your Valid Rank.
Performance Bonus is paid as per the below table:
Any commissionable volume between two Active Generations will be rolled down to the next Active Generation down.
Any commissionable volume below an Active Generation will be rolled up to the next Active Generation up.

WHAT IS ACTIVE GENERATION:
In your downline network, any Modicare Consultant who has a minimum 100 Personal CV makes
an Active Generation.
WHAT IS ACTIVE GENERATION:
In your downline network, any Modicare Consultant who has a minimum 100 Personal CV makes
an Active Generation.
In the above example, Robert’s Group Commissionable
Volume is 590, hence his Rank is Senior Consultant.
Being a Senior Consultant, he is eligible to earn Performance
Bonus up to two Active Generations.
Robert has two legs, Martha and Steve. In the leg Martha,
since Martha is not an Active Consultant, Martha’s Personal
Commissionable Volume will be rolled down to First Active
Generation, hence in the, First Active Generation the total
volume will be 140. Robert will earn 3% of 140 = £ 4.2
In the leg Steve, Steve is the first Active Generation and Paul
is the second Active Generation. Grace’s Personal CV of 50
will be rolled up to Paul, hence in second Active Generation
total CV will be 150 (Paul + Grace)
Robert will earn 3% from First Generation, 3% of 200 = £ 6
And 3% from Second Generation, 3% of 150 = £ 4.5
Total Performance Bonus earning for Robert = £ 14.7
In the above example, Robert’s Group Commissionable

Leadership Bonus is paid to all Paid-As-Rank Senior Director and Higher, having at least one leg of
minimum 5000 Group Commissionable Volume.

However, the consultant has 35,000 Group CV and he has
acheived 3 Elite Bonus Points, since, one Elite Bonus Point
given for every 10,000 Group CV.

GLOSSARY OF TERMS
RRP : Recommended Retail Price.
CP : Consultant Price. Price at which Modicare Consultants purchase
products from Modicare. CP is inclusive of VAT and is less than RRP.
CV : Commissionable Volume basis which your bonuses are calculated,
and ranks are determined. Every product has a pre-determined CV.
Please see the Consultant Price list.
PCV : Personal Commissionable Volume. This is the sum total of CV of all the
products bought by you personally in any month.
GCV : Group Commissionable Volume. Group Commissionable Volume is the
Commissionable Volume of your entire group in any month and
includes your Personal Commissionable Volume (PCV)
PGCV : Personal Group Commissionable Volume. This is the volume of
Non-Director Legs including your PCV.
Founder Rank : A Founder Rank Achiever is a Modicare Consultant who has
maintained Blue Diamond or Higher title for at least 6 months in a
twelve-month rolling period.
Valid Rank : The highest Rank achieved in the last twelve months.
Paid-As-Rank : The Rank achieved in the current calender month, used to pay out
commissions except Performance Bonus which is based on Valid
Rank.

You purchase Modicare products at Consultant Price(CP) and sell them to your customers at Recommended Retail Price(RRP). The difference between the price that you pay and the price at which the products are sold is the Retail Profit. You can earn Retail Profits of 10%. In the leg Martha, since Martha is not an Active Consultant, Martha’s Personal Commissionable Volume will be rolled down to First Active Generation, hence in the, First Active Generation the total volume will be 140. Robert will earn 3% of 140 = £ 4.2 In the leg Steve, Steve is the first Active Generation and Paul is the second Active Generation.   • 15. MODICARE GLOBAL PLAN 29 28 GLOSSARY OF TERMS RRP : Recommended Retail Price. CP : Consultant Price. Price at which Modicare Consultants purchase products from Modicare. CP is inclusive of VAT and is less than RRP. CV : Commissionable Volume basis which your bonuses are calculated, and ranks are determined. Every product has a pre-determined CV. Please see the Consultant Price list. PCV : Personal Commissionable Volume. This is the sum total of CV of all the products bought by you personally in any month. GCV : Group Commissionable Volume. Group Commissionable Volume is the Commissionable Volume of your entire group in any month and includes your Personal Commissionable Volume (PCV) PGCV : Personal Group Commissionable Volume. This is the volume of Non-Director Legs including your PCV. Founder Rank : A Founder Rank Achiever is a Modicare Consultant who has maintained Blue Diamond or Higher title for at least 6 months in a twelve-month rolling period. Valid Rank : The highest Rank achieved in the last twelve months. Paid-As-Rank : The Rank achieved in the current calender month, used to pay out commissions except Performance Bonus which is based on Valid Rank.
