1. Rotary core-pulling mechanism for die elbow
The dynamic pictures relate to a rotary core-pulling mechanism for a die elbow. The rotary
core-pulling mechanism comprises a slide block, a slide block seat, an elbow, a mold core, a fixed
block, a pull bar, a guide block, an oil cylinder, a stop block, a rotating shaft, a reset spring, and a
connection mold insert, wherein the pull bar is connected with the oil cylinder through a
connecting rod and connected with the slide block through a retaining member, and the elbow
mold core is connected with a rotary block through a retaining member and connected with the
slide block seat through the rotating shaft. During die core pulling, automatic rotation, and
demoulding of the elbow mold core are realized through complex cooperation of mechanical
structures, automatic production of complex products is realized, and production efficiency is
improved.

2. Multiple complex core-pulling mechanisms
The multiple complex core-pulling mechanisms comprise a front mold slide block (a big slide
block), a neck-in slide block, a wedge block, and a neck-in mold insert slide block (a small slide
block), wherein the neck-in slide block horizontally penetrates the front mold slide block; one
end of the neck-in slide block is connected with the vertical wedge block, and the other end is
connected with the neck-in mold insert slide block; the wedge block drives the neck-in mold
insert slide block to realize core-pulling in advance in the vertical direction through the neck-in
slide block; then the front mold slide block and the neck-in mold insert slide block act
horizontally to complete complex core-pulling. Through repeated core-pulling direction changes
and the function of a mold opening controller, the small slide block can achieve core-pulling in
advance in the limited space of the big slide block.

When there are inner and outer holes or undercuts on the plastic part that is different from the
mold opening direction. Plastic parts cannot be an ejection. The molded side hole or the
undercut part must be made into a movable core. And the movable core is taken out before the
plastic part is pushed out. Then take out the plastic parts. The mechanism for accomplishing
these actions is called a side core pulling mechanism.
