8. When a bilateral exercise routine is implemented
at the start of a group therapy session, clients with
PTSD will be able to process their traumatic
experiences more effectively, function more

life, decrease their risks for PTSD-related health
problems. They will also benefit more from the
group therapy itself due to increased abilities to
concentrate.
