experience a symptom, take a few releasing breaths. Notice any tension in your body – stretch.
Become aware of your thoughts. Challenge any negative, worried thoughts.
The more you become aware of how you are manifesting the effects of stress, the better you will
able to make healthy choices to relieve stress.
