EcoBoost does not in any way degrade
the performance, life or reliability of your
chiller unit, but enhances its performance
and reliability. This makes your chiller unit

Specifications
The InstaChill is an instant cooling solution
for dairy farms. The InstaChill cools
glycol to temperatures between -5 and 5
degrees depending on what it is set to. The
glycol is then pumped through the farm
plate cooler along with the milk to bring the
milk entering the vat to a maximum of 6
degrees.
This is a high performance chilling unit
that has a small 200L glycol tank included
for pumping. Using a high quality Copeland
compressor and one of dairychills high
efficiency programs this unit works
brilliantly.

8. The InstaChill combo cools the glycol to
temperatures between -5 and 5 degrees
depending on what it is set to. This unit
also heats the hot water for the dairy
shed to between 75-85 degrees. The
cold glycol is then pumped through the
farms double bank plate cooler along
with the milk to bring a the milk entering
the vat to a maximum of 6 degrees.
