OUR MISSION
Dignity Home Services is is a co-op of small business owners and independent cleaning contractors who
have come together under one umbrella for the purposes of growing a dynamic cleaning company. We
offer cleaning services for move-in/move-out as well as weekly and bi-weekly cleaning, and junk disposal.
We began in 2017 with the goal of helping retirees and senior adults downsize and relocate. Not only do
we help retirees make life better we also specialize in helping seniors and their families with home
preparation services after a traumatic injury, death, or relocation due to mental illness. We want to be the
number one resource for people who are just trying to figure out how to close a chapter in their family’s
life with love and compassion. Dignity began when an elderly friend of James and Kate Radford was
found on her floor where she had been suffering for 3 days with a broken hip. After 6 months, her family
had been able to do nothing with her home, so James and his crew cleared out and cleaned the entire
house and prepared it for the market in less than 7 days. Today, we are growing and thriving by offering
services by providing vacancy services to property owners, property managers, and renters. We also
provide daily janitorial services to commercial clients across the country.

baby boomers in the USA and they are retiring at a rate of 10,000 per day. At that
stage of life, many are choosing to downsize into smaller homes or retirement
communities to live out their days. Many more end up spending their time taking
