Before the end of the semester
Time management
Reduce talking in loops
Utilzing forums/googledocs and sticking to that (top of mind)
Cards for bigger discussion (red/green)
Energy/Passion
High energy at least at the focal point
Constantly bringing that energy to the volunteers
Eboarder breaking the ice to get the discussion rolling
Practicing presentation
Cohesiveness
Eboard-volunteer - making it a goal to talk to someone you don’t kn
One system for getting in groups
Integrating Night Climate volunteers
Fundraisers/events getting together
Reflection and
Improvement
Reflections more of a priority - finite goals
Easy Access for reflection and improvement - specific forms
Website has a suggestion box on it to put get it to eboard
(Time for a turnaround… briiiiight eeeeyes!)
Fast forward to LBMF… what do you want to see done?
● Time keeper more enforced (separate person)
● Coordinator success with dealing with admins and kids being passed on
○ Forum for putting it all on
○ Standardized transition document
○ Standardized system for LMBF
● Feedback as a process
○ Doing it continually and check-ins (remembering to revisit as well)
● Consolidated sub-sheet
● Incorporating volunteers into M3s
○ Classrooms sharing at M3s
■ Highlights from each school
Volunteers may not feel as engaged - something to brainstorm more things for
them. More tangible methods

Editor's Notes

  1. How the survery is broken down and a brief of action plan not at all needed/ very accomadated a waste of time/ v.v.
  2. Content - mostly positive with some results about how we are not prepped for M3s and if we were to be we would be enagaging Volunteer Feedback - Getting more feedback (survey coming soon) as well as engaging with them Personal Involvement- Mostly positive
  3. Transparancy - mix of all of the place but mostly positive. There are of course things that have to be improved and will be now that it has been brough to my attention Emotional support - Again is slightly all over the place but leans towards the positive side. The comments seen are some of the thoughts that people are having and there is always post-board if there is anyone who needs emotional support
  4. Energy is split 11 positive and 6 negative. This has been seen at our M3s, and eboard meetings. It is something that we are going to change and we are going to get back our energy.
  5. This one is mostly negative, and is something has been fostering and growing for a while and the negativity behind this has to end, and we need to move forward and work together as a team.
  6. This is basically split straight down the middle. The section after the talk about surveys is going to address this, but there is the ability to run meetings via old buisness and new buisness. where we come back to the unfinished buisness at the next meeting and then address the new buisness after
  7. This one is all over the place, essentially split down the middle. Reflection and improvement is vital for any organization and I think it is something that we as an organization and I need to stress. Inevitably we will all make mistakes, and sometimes we have to let those mistakes be made to truly improve. This is another section that can be talked about in the next section
  8. Transparency OCA-Lsp more sharing between the groups, not knowing whats going on on the group trello, both sides can see this stuff in general, but one person can request something on it and get updates that way keeping in loop can see on the trello? responsibility for checking? OCalender Dual purpose of both trello and FB or using FB more so\ Links should be on the Facebook (putting the google drive, eboard notes, put them in the file section) Info in group and then pin post for surveys Sharing amongst LSP and OCA making sure that it is wanted Danger of too much information, a delicate balance between knowing too much and not enough
