Current Status
 Martyn Rawbone contacted Jamal Turrell 24/01/2014 to inform Service Managementthat
he isnow the contact for Northampton.
 The deadline forstaff consultation(decisionforFlexWorking/Movingto Birmingham/ VES
is the 10th March. Martyn will letservice management know afterthis date the number
of Flex Workersetc and a listof names that will needa Cannon Ext with Call Fwd feature
activated.
 From the 11th April these Extensionswill be integratedintothe existingOR'sPick Up &
Hunt Groups.
 There are also 7 staffmemberswho sometimeswork from Northampton who do not
work in the OR's,Martyn will email service managementa listas he said that theymight
already have an AOS extension.
 We then discussedthe divertbetweenNorthamptonReceptionnumber and the
Birmingham Switchboard numberwhich Martyn ishappy with. Martyn asked ifeach
extensioncan be divertedas well as sometimesthe OR staff receive callsdirect. JT to ask
Vodafone ifthis is possible.(email toVodafone 24/01/2014) Reply from Vodafone-
"you woulddivert the main number of the DDI Range and thiswill divert all ofthe
numbers."
