Your responsibilities
• Ensure productrange isappropriate forclientbase
• DeliverourCustomerValue Propositionof FirstClassService,TailoredAdvice and ExclusiveOpportunities
• Knowyourclient(KYC)
• Manage the overall clientportfoliotooptimumprofitability
• Promote the sale of approvedproductsandservices i.e. Lending/Deposits/FUM/FUA/CrossSell
• Preparationof CHL applicationswithrelevantclientdataaccompaniedbyApplicationHandOff sheettobe
providedtoAssociate Private Banker
• Educate clientstouse online facilitiessuchasNetbank,Commbizforfundstransfers etc.whereappropriate
• Developstronginternal andexternal referral sources
• DevelopAssociatePrivateBankerriskskillsandcreate additional clientactivitytime
• Ensure all Bank policiesandprocedures,external,regulatoryandstatutorypoliciesandrequirementsare fully
compliedwith.
