I had the pleasure of working with and overseeing Jaclyn Bingold while she was a communications and public
relations intern at Swarovski North America during the summer of 2014. Jaclyn was extremely organized,
professional and conscientious during her time at Swarovski. She quickly became an integral part of our small, in-
house PR team, taking on tasks normally managed by our staff. As a result of her impressive work ethic, we were
able to give her an increased amount of responsibility throughout the summer. Jaclyn assisted with sample
trafficking and returns, monitoring and reporting press coverage, building media lists and special events, among
other tasks.
Our whole team was impressed by Jaclyn’s attention to detail and professionalism throughout the course of her
internship at Swarovski. A project where she particularly excelled was a presentation about fashion editors with
the largest social media followings. The presentation Jaclyn developed was thoroughly researched and included
thoughtful insights and recommendations.
