To appeal to our target audience we made our
media product have fast paced editing and we
added a sub-genre which was thriller we also
tried to make our film opening look as
superhero as possible to fit our genre and also
to attract the marvel/DC audience’s. We also
made our target audience want to know what
happened next.

We make our media product stand out from
everyone’s, not by using the classic
conventions of a superhero movie but using
the hidden aspects horror which means we
have used dim shots to show how dark the
film is. We have given the audience how Jack
Noir was made but we didn't give them
anything about him or what his powers are we
have done this to make the audience want to
see what he becomes and what he was before
he turned into this.
4. •
We have changed the conventions and
concept of the usual super hero film by using
a super villain instead because people haven't
seen this done before more people might go
and watch it meaning that there will be a
bigger audience.
5. •
We used static in our film opening to show the
titles. It shows the titles by flashing on and off
when the static is on a name s shown on it this
changes every time there is a new bit of static.
This gives the effect of being filmed on a old
broken camera. This also shows the lower
class of the doctor as he can not afford a good
camera, this also gives a realistic edge.
