(MMQI) Customer Satisfaction Survey
• Overview
The MMQI index measures customer satisfaction with all service providers.
This is based on a sampling of each booking of MiniMoves’ customers. The
customers selected receive an email survey followed up by a telephone call
and asked to rate the type of service provided (6 questions) on a scale of 1 to
6. This will measure the responses to each question based on the type of
service the questions refers too. The measurement looks at the total number
questions that apply based on the service that is performed.
