This document provides an overview of a physical education session on healthy food and the Mediterranean diet. It includes 3 activities: 1) defining healthy and unhealthy foods, 2) explaining the Mediterranean diet which emphasizes vegetables, fruits, olive oil, bread, cereal, milk, fish and homemade foods, and 3) having students modify a text about the Mediterranean diet to add their own opinions or drawings and underline verbs and adjectives. The overall session aims to teach students about the importance of a healthy diet and lifestyle.
