• Indianapolis’ industrial market ranks 10th nationally and 3rd in the Midwest in terms of overall occupancy
growth through the first nine months of 2015. Indianapolis is currently the 17th largest industrial market in
the U.S.
• Logistics / distribution continues to be the engine that drives the Indianapolis industrial market. To date
there has been approximately 20 new lease transactions in excess of 100,000 square feet signed locally.
These include several new entries to the market such as Chewy.com and Vroom.com. Each recently
signed deals in excess of 500,000 square feet within the Indianapolis MSA.
