2. Steps to complete
● Select the text shopping cart
● Click the hour glass
● Click the hour glass again
● Click on Documents &
● Search & Choose shopping cart attachment
● Change the name of the shopping cart
3. Select the .txt shopping cart
Once you select the shopping
cart, choose to execute it.
4. Click the magnifying glass
Click on STATUS
(on the left)
Choose the file by clicking on the
magnifying glass
(on the right)
5. Click the hour glass again
Click

Then on the next
screen
Click
CHANGE
8. Change the Shopping cart
name
Select a name that
you will recognize
(Simply type over what is there)
Select to REFRESH
9. Check the WARNINGS
Warnings are located at the top of the screen
*There should only be one in yellow that refers to the upload."
Once you verify the file is attached, the name is
correct, and the warning status then select to
ORDER the PO.
This is located at the bottom left of the screen.
10. Order the PO
● Click the ORDER button on the bottom left
