About Telesens
Telesens today – an international company headquartered in
London with a development center in Ukraine, which serves
customers in more than 20 countries worldwide.
The product company that professionally develops and
implements enterprise software solutions since 1998, mainly in
the telecommunications business domain. The company has its
own telecom BSS/OSS/VAS suite with exclusive intellectual
property rights to every product belonging to it.
The company offers broad range of services to its clients:

Interconnect Business Suite TIBS provides effective management of relationships with
counterparties: international and local telecom operators, service providers, content
providers, roaming partners, corporate clients, virtual operators and other entities involved
in the core business of a telecom operator.
TIBS includes:

1. Interconnect
Settlement System
Tinterconnect
(T-IC)
Tinterconnect (T-IC) is a comprehensive solution for mutual
settlements with international and national telecom operators and
service providers.
The system supports mutual settlements for voice services, data
transfer services, IP-interconnect, rental services for network
equipment, and also has tools to adapt the system to new rules for
mutual settlements and new communication services.
The T-IC system resolves the main problems of interconnect business,
including:
 Reception and processing of incoming accounting information
about calls;
 Tariffication of accounting data on the basis of entered agreements
with operators and partners;
 Handling of erroneous situations;
 Carrying out recalculations on deviations;
 Closing billing periods and billing;
 Forming a balance of mutual settlements;
 Formation of acts and invoices;
 Traffic analysis and services cost analysis;
 Invoices reconciliation and disputes resolutions;
 Generating reports for traffic analysis.
2. Content
Partnership
Management
System (T-CPM)
T-CPM system is designed to conduct mutual settlements with
participants of content services market: mobile operators, content
providers, content aggregators, service providers, rights holders.
T-CPM system resolves the following problems of mutual settlements
with partners for content:
 Customization of templates and maintenance of any type of
agreements with providers for providing content services (SMS,
MMS, Voice content, Ring Back Tones, NGN, IMS, IP / Mobile TV,
mobile advertising, etc.);
 Downloading and processing data of any kind of content traffic;
 Making settlements with partners;
 Maintenance of content repository taking into account information
about rights holders;
 Content rights management;
 Support of music and video portals;
 Formation of content services reports;
 Resolving content partnership management problems.
3. Roaming
Settlements
T-Roaming system (T-R) is designed to support activities of a telecom
operator in exchanging information on the provided roaming services
and mutual settlements with roaming partners. The system ensures

T-Roaming (T-R)
implementation of technological processes responsible for
implementation of standardized procedures for transfer and return of
accounting information defined by the GSM Association: TAP (Transfer
Account Procedure) and RAP (Return Account Procedure).
The system resolves the following problems:
 TAP-IN files processing with information generation for retail billing
system about roaming service cost for subscribers;
 TAP-OUT files generation containing information about rated
roaming services and NRTRDE files for sending to roaming
partners;
 RAP files analysis and processing;
 Settlement support with roaming partners.
4. Settlements
System for Clients
Connected via PBX
(T-PBX)
T-PBX system is designed for settlements support of operator’s
customers connected via PBX. PBX Clients are organizations connected
to the operator’s network via their own PBX.
T-PBX system provides:
 Information management about customers and agreements (with
the possibility of combining customers into holdings and taking
into account the closed user groups);
 Billing and rates management (including support of functionality
MNP);
 Maintaining rate models and price lists;
 Payments accounting, formation of invoices on customers taking
into account balance;
 Supporting of mass mailing of invoices to PBX customers;
 Statement of work completed and income reports generation.
5. Detailed Traffic
Data Collation
System
T-Collation (T-C)
T-Collation (T-C) system is designed to automate the processes of
collation of detailed traffic data with partners’ data in the disputes
settlement with interconnected operators.
T-С system fulfills the following functions:
 Loading and converting compared records using custom formats
and specified conversion templates;
 Setting data correspondence to a set of specified conditions;
 Detecting duplicate accounts;
 Aggregation of a call parts;
 Traffic data grouping in different sections;
 Reconciliation term sets maintaining;
 Creation and use of reconciliation templates;
 Maintaining examples of reconciliation;
 Creation of reconciliation reports, results uploading to Excel.
6. Traffic Trade
Management
System
(Т-ТТМ)
T-TTM system is designed for information support of traffic trade
business and revenue maximization of traffic transit and termination
services.
T-TTM System resolves the main problems of traffic trade traffic trade:
 Purchase (data collection about the proposed rates, negotiating on
prices, monitor and analyze of rates changes)
 Pricing for traffic sale (definition of the prime cost, margin,
discounts, formation of the selling price)
 Sales (price lists formation, negotiating on prices, determination
and analysis of profitability, the formation of appendixes to
agreements)
 Selection of optimal routes on the basis of rates, data of
agreements, bandwidth capability and quality of service
 Tables and switch scripts generation.

Set of OSS/BSS/VAS-solutions is developed for:
 support of technical and commercial activities of a telecom operator;

PRODUCT AND SERVICES PORTFOLIO TELESENS 2019 Page 2 of 7 INTERCONNECT BUSINESS SUPPORT (TIBS) Interconnect Business Suite TIBS provides effective management of relationships with counterparties: international and local telecom operators, service providers, content providers, roaming partners, corporate clients, virtual operators and other entities involved in the core business of a telecom operator. TIBS includes: - Tinterconnect (T-IC) – Interconnect Settlement System - T-CPM – Content Partnership Management System - T- Roaming (T-R) – Roaming Settlements System - T-PBX – Settlements System for Clients Connected via PBX - T-Collation (T-C) – Detailed Traffic Data Collation System - T-TTM – Traffic Trade Management System # Product / Solution Brief Description 1. Interconnect Settlement System Tinterconnect (T-IC) Tinterconnect (T-IC) is a comprehensive solution for mutual settlements with international and national telecom operators and service providers. The system supports mutual settlements for voice services, data transfer services, IP-interconnect, rental services for network equipment, and also has tools to adapt the system to new rules for mutual settlements and new communication services. The T-IC system resolves the main problems of interconnect business, including:  Reception and processing of incoming accounting information about calls;  Tariffication of accounting data on the basis of entered agreements with operators and partners;  Handling of erroneous situations;  Carrying out recalculations on deviations;  Closing billing periods and billing;  Forming a balance of mutual settlements;  Formation of acts and invoices;  Traffic analysis and services cost analysis;  Invoices reconciliation and disputes resolutions;  Generating reports for traffic analysis. 2. Content Partnership Management System (T-CPM) T-CPM system is designed to conduct mutual settlements with participants of content services market: mobile operators, content providers, content aggregators, service providers, rights holders. T-CPM system resolves the following problems of mutual settlements with partners for content:  Customization of templates and maintenance of any type of agreements with providers for providing content services (SMS, MMS, Voice content, Ring Back Tones, NGN, IMS, IP / Mobile TV, mobile advertising, etc.);  Downloading and processing data of any kind of content traffic;  Making settlements with partners;  Maintenance of content repository taking into account information about rights holders;  Content rights management;  Support of music and video portals;  Formation of content services reports;  Resolving content partnership management problems. 3. Roaming Settlements T-Roaming system (T-R) is designed to support activities of a telecom operator in exchanging information on the provided roaming services and mutual settlements with roaming partners. PRODUCT AND SERVICES PORTFOLIO TELESENS 2019 Page 3 of 7 # Product / Solution Brief Description System T-Roaming (T-R) implementation of technological processes responsible for implementation of standardized procedures for transfer and return of accounting information defined by the GSM Association: TAP (Transfer Account Procedure) and RAP (Return Account Procedure). The system resolves the following problems:  TAP-IN files processing with information generation for retail billing system about roaming service cost for subscribers;  TAP-OUT files generation containing information about rated roaming services and NRTRDE files for sending to roaming partners;  RAP files analysis and processing;  Settlement support with roaming partners. 4. Settlements System for Clients Connected via PBX (T-PBX) T-PBX system is designed for settlements support of operator’s customers connected via PBX. PBX Clients are organizations connected to the operator’s network via their own PBX. T-PBX system provides:  Information management about customers and agreements (with the possibility of combining customers into holdings and taking into account the closed user groups);  Billing and rates management (including support of functionality MNP);  Maintaining rate models and price lists;  Payments accounting, formation of invoices on customers taking into account balance;  Supporting of mass mailing of invoices to PBX customers;  Statement of work completed and income reports generation. 5. Detailed Traffic Data Collation System T-Collation (T-C) T-Collation (T-C) system is designed to automate the processes of collation of detailed traffic data with partners’ data in the disputes settlement with interconnected operators. T-С system fulfills the following functions:  Loading and converting compared records using custom formats and specified conversion templates;  Setting data correspondence to a set of specified conditions;  Detecting duplicate accounts;  Aggregation of a call parts;  Traffic data grouping in different sections;  Reconciliation term sets maintaining;  Creation and use of reconciliation templates;  Maintaining examples of reconciliation;  Creation of reconciliation reports, results uploading to Excel. 6. Traffic Trade Management System (Т-ТТМ) T-TTM system is designed for information support of traffic trade business and revenue maximization of traffic transit and termination services. T-TTM System resolves the main problems of traffic trade traffic trade:  Purchase (data collection about the proposed rates, negotiating on prices, monitor and analyze of rates changes)  Pricing for traffic sale (definition of the prime cost, margin, discounts, formation of the selling price)  Sales (price lists formation, negotiating on prices, determination and analysis of profitability, the formation of appendixes to agreements)  Selection of optimal routes on the basis of rates, data of agreements, bandwidth capability and quality of service  Tables and switch scripts generation.

All Telesens’ solutions have a scalable distributed architecture and can be deployed in a virtual environment. Using of common integration platform TIF (Telesens Integration Framework) enables seamless integration among the solutions and legacy information systems, as well as easy tailoring to existing business-process of an operator. Policy & Charging Control (T-PCC)  Provides flexible, scalable tools for the policy and charging control of telecommunication services  Unified with the mediationzone® platform (Digital Route AB)  A self-sufficient product with an embedded distributed police database  Complied with the 3GPP recommendations regarding integration with information systems and network elements 4.
