About Telesens
Telesens has been providing software products and IT services primarily to the
Telecommunications market for over 10 years. The company was founded in
1998 and is headquartered in London with a development centre in Ukraine.
Telesens Product Line (Telesens PL) is a Strategic Business Unit of the
company acting as an Independent Software Vendor to a wide range of Telecom
Operators in the field of Interconnect Settlement, Wholesale Billing, Content
Settlement, and Traffic Trade Management.
Telesens Custom Solutions (Telesens CS) is a Strategic Business Unit focused
on professional IT services and projects development for a wide range of
customers across the globe including, but not limited to Telecom Operators,
Systems Integrators (SIs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and Network
Equipment Providers (NEPs).

 Telesens Interconnect Business Suite (TIBS) is a comprehensive set of
dedicated applications, which is designed to sustain current and future
needs, promote fast service rollout, and offer cost saving mechanisms for
telecom operators
 TIBS comprises:
 Tinterconnect (T-IC) – Interconnect Settlement System
 T-CPM – Content Partnership Management System
 T-R is а roaming settlements system
 T-PBX is a settlements system for clients connected via PBX
 T-C is a detailed traffic data collation system.

 T-CPM System is designed to support content service providers’ settlements
management (between cellular operators, content providers, content aggregators,
service providers).
 The system supports mutual settlements for different kinds of content services:
 data services (SMS/MMS, pictures, text, melodies, voting and commercial posting);
 voice services (anecdotes, news, personals etc.);
 interactive TV and radio projects;
 individual ring back tones.

of mutual settlement patterns, tailor them to meet specific business
requirements
 Manage content service providers data required for mutual settlements
 Tailor agreement patterns to specific content service and methods of
delivery
 Manage reference data on the network topology, services, destinations ,
short numbers, tariffication models etc.
 Receive and process concurrent accounting data from different switching
devices providing content services (voice messages, SMS, MMS, WAP,

participation percentage
 Conduct re-calculations with altered initial data or contractual terms, re-tariff
content traffic with altered rates not addressing the initial accounting data
 Reveal and correct exceptions in the course of accounting data processing
and conduct necessary re-calculations
