Wissam Achour Holding Group has completed over 30 luxury residential and office buildings in Beirut as well as the 165-room 5-star Lancaster Plaza Hotel where they managed structural enhancements, HVAC, electrical, and finishing work. They have also finished 6-month fast track projects including 3 restaurants, a gym, and a school, handling civil works, decorations, mechanical and electrical systems. Current projects include more luxury buildings, the Eden Rock resort complex, Greenwood Towers which involves excavation down 18m for foundations and bored piles to 45m, and developing the 1.1 million square meter Tebna Industrial City with infrastructure, utilities, and landscaping.
