department as a temporary employee, serving as a System Support Analyst under the department’s IT
Help Desk team. I was initially very impressed with Ishvann’s enthusiasm, communication skills,
dedication and professional demeanor. During the 8 months Ishvann reported to me, he consistently
demonstrated all of these qualities and much more, and I confidently endorse him for any position in
Information Technology – he has a very bright and fruitful future ahead of him.
During his time with California Coast Credit Union, Ishvann’s role was extremely important to our team
and the rest of the organization. His role not only encompassed a high level of critical thinking and
