Brown. lrenewas a pivotalparticipantof variousmeetingswith the Logan
ShireCouncilStrategicPlanningand thereafteradvisedus of the enormous
potentialthispropertyhadto offerreferringto the Developmentof StageI (21
Homes)andthefurtherongoingdevelopmentof (40Homes)Conditional.
lrene is fully responsiblefor the successfulnegotiationswhich took place
betweenus and all the membersof the LoganShireCouncilin an effort to
consentto the ongoingdevelopmentof Stage2,crucialto thefinalpurchaseof
this property. After meetingat lengthwith the LoganShireCouncil,SDD
Holdingswasgiventhe greenlightfor thefurtherDevelopmentof Stage2.
lrene'sexpertisein tacticalnegotiationswasevidentwhenthe longprocessof
draftingandexecuting7 Contractsbetweenthe Vendorsof TheGreenandour
firm beingThePurchasersfinallyreacheda successfulconclusionfor boththe
Businessandthe property.
Duringthesediscussionslrenehadto driveandmeetwith my partnersandI at
KelvinGroveand then had to make her way to Clonctarf(nearRedcliff)to
further negotiatethe deal. Needlessto say this hard-workingdedication
includedprotracteddaysand nightsfor lrene,in additionI wasawareof her
long hoursas she would alwayskeep me informedof any updatesby text
messages.As I usean l-Phone,I am awarefrom the phonecallsandmessages
trail that she would be leavingthe sellers'property at 11.00pm and/or
12.00pmof anevening,arrivinghomeat around2.00aminthe morning.
2. I am of the firm beliefwithoutlrene'stirelesseffortsandinputwith allparties
includingthe Lawyers,the deal would not have reachedsucha successful
conclusionwhereby settlement takes effect this coming Thursday 30th
September2O10.
Furthermore,I am of the strongopinionthat all of the currenthomeowners
havethe highestrespectandadorationfor lreneasshehastakenall of them
intoherheartaspartof hergenuinelykindpersonality.Anotherlivingproofof
her warm dispositionwas the situationwith the developersof the project
calledSalaHomes,who went into liquidationandlefta lot of the homeowners
in extremely disastrous circumstanceswhereby they had to make
arrangementsto raisefurthercapitalfor the completionof their homesand
vestedinterest.
lrenealsolistedthis propertyfor Auctionin Marchof thisyearwhen shewas
workingwith RayWhite of BrownsPlains. lt reacheda priceat Auctionof
St,0t0.000howeverat thetimethe sellersdidnot acceptthisbidaslrenehad
generated72 enquiriesin her marketingcampaignup to andafterthe Auction
date.
SDDHoldingssignedContractsfor both the Businessandthe Propertyto the
totalvalueof 51,645,000yet lrenediscountedhercommissionby $t,000.00to
makesurethe businessdealwouldtakeplace.
My Partnersand I havetotalfaithin lrene'sprofessionalismandconsiderher
to be a high profile agent with the successfulmarketingand salesof our
projectbeingan EchoEnvironmentallyselfcontainedOver50's Retirement
ResortnotonlyinQueenslandbutalsoAustralia.

of the Resortalongwith the salesof other properties,clientsfrom all over
Australiaand about S20Mworth of listingswould be greatfor her growning
business.
lrene has alsoshownme anotherone of her propertiesat SouthMaclean
whichhasa largehomeandDAApprovalfor furtherdevelopment.
