• Goals
• Evaluate the institutional buildup focusing the improvement of
intergovernmental relations in Brazilian social policies;
• Assess the intergovernmental coordination bodies and
instruments in health, education and social assistance policies;
• Identify the collaboration pattern and intergovernmental
relations inside the Social Assistance Unified System and the
Health Unified System, as well as the instruments employed to
foster collaboration;
• Analyse the collaboration pattern and intergovernmental
relations in the education policies and the reform efforts aimed
at building a National Education System;
• Improve knowledge about impacts these instances, mechanisms
and instruments on social and territorial inequalities in each
policy.
