EXPERIENCE SUMMARY
Iordanis Iordanidis has a 25+ years of extensive banking experience in credit and non-
performing exposures (NPES) management.
From September 1992 up to April 2013, he has participated in the setting up and development
of 2 financial companies (Fiat Credit Hellas and Piraeus Multifin) and 2 Banks (Marfin Egnatia
Bank & Cyprus Popular Bank ) as Retail Credit Director, with extensive experience in the follow
issues:
• Credit Assessment (Credit Cards, Consumer Loans, Mortgage Loans, Small Business Loans,
Car -Moto Loans Stock Finance, SME),
• Collection of debts,
• Negotiation and Restructuring,
• Managing Customers with final Delayed Payables, (Recoveries) and initiating legal actions
when customers fail to respond in the agreed legal arrangements, (Legal Actions).
From May 2013 up to May 2016, he had been working in Group Internal Audit of Piraeus Bank
as responsible for Audit in Greece & Abroad of Units : Retail Banking, Small Business Banking,

the GDPR process.
Also, he has the role of Compliance Regulatory and AML Head of an
under establishment company, "First Capital SA".

which belongs to the First Call Collections S.A. Group and it will be
managed non-performing exposures.
