The goal is to give employees a voice, build pride in the organization, and encourage idea sharing across the large team in a way that aligns with the HSE values of care, compassion, trust and learning.

- Put in something on the level of change – new structures – never been in the same room This is something that we can do ourselves - bit of history – grade 8 video – talks about all the different things – what has not happened – internal meeting smt meeting, grade VIII, 15 minutes What are the benefits eHealth festival – more fun – songs to play as we are stepping up – smyphony for the devil – rolling stones ->
- Changing organisation – formerly working within teams of people that we already new. Now working nationally with many people from the same organisation that we have never met. Quite a complex structure and is taking time to get to grips with it. 3 all staff days to date – first times we have all been in the same room together. 1st introduced at the all staff day

- The forum lets us share, like and reply the various topics We see this as an internal facebook We need to start hearing about all of the good things that happen in our department – not just the projects! - Not to distract from Major bodies of work – small local ideas that can make a big difference. We are IT people We are problem solvers and trouble shooters We often see the world differently Using the forum will help to build up trust in each other We hope that in time people will be enabled to put ideas out there for both small and large eHealth enablers There are 280 of us in the OoCIO – there must be at least that number of Ideas that we could suggest and implement
