Many analysts would note that based on the consensus of the world population, the company's equity is of the highest value as they are currently
ranked as industry leader in market capitalization (source: YahooFinance) which conveniently brings me to my next evaluation.

1.1 Capital Structure
As much as market cap measures to what's related to the company's equity value, a firm's decision based on its capital structure estimates more
significantly to how the value of that company is allocated not only for the return on equity but accounting for debt as well. Most economists would
refer to capital structure as the mix of a company's long–term debt, the current portion of it, and of common and preferred stock. Furthermore, large
tech–companies today have been taking advantage of capital structure optimizations as it is placed shoulder to shoulder to increasing return on equity
thus lowering weighted average costs of capital for long–term investment. In other words, it is how a corporate manager should base his/her decisions
on financing the company's assets and operations through various growth prospects and forecast estimates. We will begin to further evaluate the
composition of Google's capital structure by focusing on the company's key statistics and research data from the selected top online providers of

To manage the business, one must have a good experience and relevant qualification. The right qualification one must have is an MBA in order to have
the right understanding and knowledge you must require. And experience is one thing that will come after a good investment of time in learning and
development (miller, 2011).

To achieve my goal of being the Business/Divisional Manager, I need to have an MBA degree which is one thing that I have already started and will
surely be completing successfully within three years' time i.e. end 2015. And I am already having the management experience of 6 years now. With 4
years of experience as a Head of the department, and that too with reputable aviation firm in South Africa.

I have embarked upon an MBA at the Robert Kennedy College (in association with University of Cumbria) to deepen my academic knowledge of the
business world. I hope to emerge from my schooling better able to generate creative organizational solutions and to ground my decision–making in
managerial theory. After taking Power Learning for Managers, I will begin the first four online modules in Organizational Behaviour, Financial
Management, Marketing Management, and Money Management. The online nature of these classes will enable me to balance my current work
duties with my coursework. By using my mornings, lunch breaks, evenings and weekends for reading and study purposes I will be able to keep up

also conducting training programs under their own work environment, and while the business is an ever changing environment evidence indicates that
MBA is not holding its position in the market place with recruiters like it used to any longer. Whilst there are threats and weaknesses to the MBA,
there is also the opportunity to redesign its module, studies and include more practices like providing workshops and focusing on being more practical

maximize that profitability they must adapt their strategy to the structure and business environment. During this unity, I lean haw a firm can be

I decided to pursue an MBA degree in order to further my managerial career in the company I work for. The question would be: Why do I think it will
enhance my management career? The answer to that question requires short background information.
I started my career as an entry level programmer in 2000, after receiving my bachelor's degree in computer science. My career took a turn to
