 National Culture. (Small/Medium Industry)
 Multi-National Culture.

 There is NO Hierarchy level exist.
 Single decision maker.
 Employees are working with scattered environment.
 Short planning are exist in each department.
 Nobody knows about Strategic Planning.
 High Favoritism.
 Employee always trying to through the BUGS.
 Fire fighting would be a ROUTINE…..

 Start to work towards the direction of Improvements.

 Employees are working with LESS scattered environment.

 Strategic Planning is missed.
 Existence of Favoritism.
 2 to 3 persons are responsible for whole operations.
 Owner is trying to provide a Multi-National Culture but
didn’t succeeded due to less revenue.Oonchi Dokaan,

  • 3. What Type of Cultures Exist in Pakistani Industry???  SAITH Culture.  National Culture. (Small/Medium Industry)  Multi-National Culture.
  • 4. SAITH Culture  There is NO Hierarchy level exist.  Single decision maker.  Employees are working with scattered environment.  Short planning are exist in each department.  Nobody knows about Strategic Planning.  High Favoritism.  Employee always trying to through the BUGS.  Fire fighting would be a ROUTINE….. Saith Ka Mota Pait …..

National Culture (Small/Medium Industry)  It is the mixture of SAITH and Multi-National Culture.  Employees are working with LESS scattered environment.  Partial planning are exist in each department.  Strategic Planning is missed.  Existence of Favoritism.  2 to 3 persons are responsible for whole operations.  Owner is trying to provide a Multi-National Culture but didn’t succeeded due to less revenue.Oonchi Dokaan, Pheekay Pakwaan..…
