5. Project Jupiter
With our design and project we have the aim to contribute to
the cosmopolitan character of Hoofddorp with the establish-
ment of a unique concept: luxurious long stay apartments in
the vicinity of the center of Hoofddorp
The target audience for this prestigious project in the centre
of Hoofddorp are guests for short and long periods, such as
visitors and tourists of the many cultural events in Hoofddorp,
as well business visitors (Schiphol Airport) and expatriates work-
ing for international companies in the region. Unique to this
concept is that the guests feel at home in a luxurious apartment
with all the comforts of a luxury hotel. Each spacious apartment
of our project will have an open living / dining area. In the fully
equipped kitchen can one prepare their own meals. The mod-
ern interior will excel in architectural aesthetic qualities.
This new concept plan for a withhold several advantages in
strategic location, consistent flow of clientele and profit conver-
sion.
The strategic location relative to public transport, the pres-
ence of sufficient parking spaces and proximity to bars and
restaurants and all the facilities and comforts of Hoofddorp will
make the guests will practically and emotionally feel at ease in
Hoofddorp, and the project is based upon the stimulation of
this “home feeling”.
Design : sustainability
Our design is based on transforming the building into an
architectural example of aesthetic interior design with the in-
tertwining of sustainability. The building also will be completely
transformed by our commitment to meet the contemporary
requirements and developments relating to sustainability, so
that it will be a role model for the buildings in the vicinity. This
will be realized due to smart design and the use of the latest
technology in ecological and environmental sustainability.
Parking
On its own terrain there will be place for 15 parking spaces, the
remaining will be rented across the street.

Located in the heart of Hoofddorp, Residence Jupiter offers
luxurious, designer apartments with floor-to-ceiling windows.
The complex consists of spacious apartments, each with an
open-plan living and dining area. The architect-designed interi-
or features white, modern décor. Free Wi-Fi is provided. Guests
can prepare meals in the fully-equipped kitchen. There are also
many local cafes, restaurants and bars within only short distance
of the apartments.
The attractions of Hoofddorp are easily accessible on foot, as it
is a 5 minute walk to the city centre, Hoofddorp Central Station
is 1 km away and public transport nearby. The building is also
5 minutes drive from the Highway A4. Schiphol International
Airport 15 minutes to reach.
Residence Jupiter offers an unrivaled amount of luxury, privacy
and comfort. All apartments boast panoramic views, due to the
impressive windows. All our properties will be spacious and
decorated to perfection.

11. Hoofddorp is the administrative and cultural centre of Haar-
lemmermeer. The municipality of Haarlemmermeer charac-
terizes itself by its diversity: large scale versus small scale,
urbanized area versus countryside, hightech versus husbandry.
Haarlemmermeer is situated in the centre of the ‘Randstad’, yet
the area breathes a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Haarlem-
mermeer is considered a top location for both national and in-
ter- national companies. Over 500 international companies have
already set up their operations in Haarlemmermeer. Haarlem-
mermeer also offers a wide range of health services. In addition,
a wide selection of educational institutions are available.
An abundance of shops and international restaurants can be
found in the immediate surroundings. Hoofddorp boasts two
theaters and a cinema. Many large events are taking place
throughout the year such as Meer Jazz Festival, dance festival
Mystery Land, Music festival MeerLive and the Haarlemmer-
meer Marathon.
Around Haarlemmermeer, the Haarlemmermeer Forest, the
Toolenburg pond and the recreational area Groene Weelde
offer ample possibilities to go for a walk, go biking, canoeing
and surfing or just to enjoy the sun. The world famous bulb
area with its vast bulbfields and international flower exhibition
Keukenhof in Lisse are located close by.
Beach and dunes and are located nearby, such as Zandvoort
aan Zee. Haarlemmermeer offers excellent public transport
connections and an outstanding infrastructure. Within 10 min-

utes Amsterdam or Schiphol Airport can be reached. The cities
of The Hague, Leiden and Haarlem as well as the beach and
dunes are easily accessible by train, bus or car.
Homes to suit all tastes
Surrounded by the 62-kilometer long Ringvaart waterway, the
municipality of Haarlemmermeer spans 18,500 hectares. Hoofd-
dorp is its geographical, administrative and cultural capital. Just
south of Hoofddorp is the town of Nieuw Vennep, one of the
municipality’s key residential areas, along with Badhoevedorp
and Zwanenburg. in total, Haarlemmermeer boasts 26 residen-
tial areas and villages, some of which consist of no more than a
few houses. These are dotted across the polder and along the
Ringvaart, offering rural tranquility in the urban sprawl of the
Randstad conurbation.
A typical growth area
With a population of over 140,000, Haarlemmermeer ranks
among the twenty largest municipalities in the Netherlands.
However, the area is relatively sparsely populated, with just over
three homes per hectare. Being a typical growth communi-
ty, Haarlemmermeer is home to many families. Of the 55,000
homes in Haarlemmermeer, 65% are owner-occupied and 35%
are rented. The majority of the homes are modern, comfortable,
low-rise houses with gardens.
