India, equipped with state of the art technology. “Inidga” as a group has carved out a niche role in the

Indiga group offers total design, manufacture, supply and installation facilities in all is activities, and in
particular - the “Indiga” brand of metal fire rated doors and wooden doors for interior and exterior
applications.
We constantly try to improve the quality of our products and services, as a professional door and marine
product manufacturer. We achieve this by advancing our design and manufacturing processes. Our
doors and frames are fabricated and powder coated in our fully automated polyester powder coating
lines and we depute our highly skilled technicians for the installation of these doors at site.

INDIGA DOORS
Indigatech manufactures a variety of Steel and other metal fire rated products as below:
Indiga Brand Fire Door
“Indiga” brand fire door, our standard product is the most manufactured product
is manufactured from best quality raw materials available in the market as per
NFPA standards. The product is completely customizable with any kind of
hardware and options such as access control, electromagnetic latching, etc. and is
available with a wide range of industry standard certifications such as BS, UL, IFC
and BFRC.
Steel Doors
Our second most manufactured doors are steel doors which are again used in similar industries where
fire doors are required, but no fire certification is required. These products are more customizable and
come in several variations such as Metal Entry Doors, Steel and Glass doors for homes, Commercial
Security Doors, Lead Lined Doors, Secured Doors, Hospitals Doors and Prison Doors.
Acoustic Doors
We are also one of the leading suppliers of Acoustic Resistant doors that are
primarily used at concert halls, Cinema halls, Sport halls and in Music practice
rooms.

Marine Products
In the recent past, Indigatech, due to its high quality of manufacturing, has been supplying a large
quantity of marine products such as bunkers, marine doors and other marine furniture products to the
private and public naval industries apart from government shipyards and naval dockyards across India.

Indigatech is also involved in manufacturing a variety of other metal products such as cable trays,
storage racks, Fire rated, Metal Panels, Fire Hose cabinets and Non-fire rated metal cabinets and storage
units.

4. MANUFACTURING FACILITY
Indigatech Building Solutions India Pvt Ltd is located on a premise with 55000 sft of covered and 25000
sft of area.
Our unit has a production capacity of 5000 steel doors per month and 1500 Glazed doors a month.
We also have a separate production unit which caters exclusively to the marine industry. We
manufacture bunker beds, cable trays, storage units and other marine furniture for the Indian Navy as
well as other private marine vessels.
Indigatech India Pvt Ltd has a staff of 75 members that include experts from the field of engineering,
design and fabrication who actively involved in the manufacturing process.

The most preferred fire rated doors in India are 2-hour fire rated doors which conform to BS, whereas in
Bangladesh it is the 2-hour fire rated doors conforming to UL/ANSI standards.

6. THE INDIGA MANUFACTURING PROCESS
The Indiga 3-Stage manufacturing process is a tried and tested process that is very successful in the
Indian, Bangladesh and Sri Lankan markets and has received many accreditations.
The door manufacturing process has been divided into 3 stages, which are the manufacturing is handled
by different departments within the organization to ensure that the door is designed, fabricated, fitted
and tested as per exact product specifications.
