4. Mass Maintain Spare Part Catalog
SparePartCatalogues usually are made up of thousands of products, posing a huge barrier to implementation.
This new feature will help John overcomethe challenge of digitalisation and enjoy the functionalities of the
visualproductfinder in Commerce.
With an SVG file exported fromthe CAD system thatincludes information on the productimage as well as the
co-ordinates of the hotspots, John can simply set it up in DSP with an excel upload.

5. Hotspot drill down to component drawings
While it has always been possible to click into productdetail information or immediately add products identified
in the image to cart, this new feature allows users to directly navigateto related productcomponents which
havetheir own sparepart drawings and visualproductfinder.

6. Control image sequence
When many productimages are attached, the sequencing of images shown can be defined. This is not only
applicable for Productdetail view but also in Visual ProductFinder.

7. Option for one-time addresses (for Billing&
Shipping of Orders)
Users areallowed to manually enter one-time address (Billing address, Shipping address) on their
orders. This information will remain in order history, as historic orders show theaddress entered or
selected when the order was placed, decoupled fromAccountaddress changes.

9. Simplify Guided Selling setup with Images
Uploading images while setting up Guided Selling was manualand overly time-consuming. Cut-over fromtest to
production was hindered because of the repeated manual work involved to re-upload.
With this release, Nicole can now simply upload a zip folder containing the images to a temp folder in Content
Management. State the relative path name of the images in excel, and upload together with the Guided selling
question and answer sets. Oncesetup is complete, the temp folder can be deleted by Nicole. The sameset of
zip file and text can be later used when uploading in production.

12. Enhanced search function to filter line items
When working on Quotes with over 100 line items, one needs to filter and focus on specific items, like
those which need engineering or supplier input, or wheremargin health is low. With this release quote line
items can be filtered based on any of the available attributes. Minor details captured are now easier to find.

13. Control PDF Properties
After quotations havebeen approved and proposals generated, sales reps like Sarah should not be able to
further modify the PDF files published by the system.
With the Jasper library upgrade, including certain properties, it is possible to encryptor password-protectthe
file. Or set it up in a way that you can open the PDF without a password butcannotedit the content.

15. Audience
Benefits
• Improved ease of use for users dealing with
multi-lingual proposals to change the quote
language and restore default texts on
Proposal if needed.
Features
• User can use, “Reset” action in Proposal tab
to reset proposal text using a template in
quote language. The action is only enabled
when row(s) are selected.
• When user clicks on Proposal tab, the
formatted text of the first row is shown,
reducing one click.
• On quote create, we have add Quote
Language, so in case user want to select the
quote language else its determined on save. It
is also possible to hide this field using UI
Profile.
• Quote Language field is available when
copying Quote language. Changing it will
default the proposal text from template.

16. Logging approval e-mail in Notes
With multiple parties involved in the approvalprocess,clear communication is critical. Requests and eventual
approvals, when clearly captured under notes, allows for accountability and smooth follow-up with
approvers.

The logic on how virtual team is defaulted has been enhanced
• Account – Account Owner is added by default
• Opportunity – on opportunity create, the virtual team from account is copied
over in addition, Opportunity Owner is added to virtual team
• Quote – on quote create virtual team of account is copied over in
addition, Quote Owner is added.
• Across all – users who add a note or is @mentioned are also added to virtual
team.
