This letter is a report to the ability, conduct, and overall respect of the West Gemini Team for our camp
manager, Imed Ouni
Imed is very well respected by his fellow crewmembers due to his nature, "can do attitude", as well as his
ability. Imed does a superb job with his crew, many of whom had little or no prior experience. He takes
great pride in his work which is evident in the fact that the crew is often very complimentary to him as well
as myself when I request feedback.
He carefully plans the work for his crew to ensure everything gets accomplished in the allotted time and
above standard.
We work on an oil drilling vessel with up to 180 persons onboard. This requires meals 24/7, clean
accommodations, hygienic preparation areas, as well as a stock of items used daily by the crew.
Imed has ensured that the listed requirements above are not only met, but are exceeded.
He is a vital part of the team onboard this vessel.
I work closely with Imed since September 2011. Based on my crew feedback and my own observation,
I would have no hesitation recommending Imed for any organization worldwide.
