Digital Flow Morphology is unparalleled technology as it isolates, identifies and characterizes particles
on the screen, virtually eliminating the need for manual microscopic examination. This patented
flow-imaging microscopy uses a high-definition digital camera to individually capture images of each
particle in a sample. Using these images, the particles are automatically classified by the Auto-Particle
Recognition (APR) Software for quick on-screen verification.

Iris offers a range of urine chemistry solutions, from easy-to-read
visual strips to a fully automated urinalysis chemistry system.
The iChemVELOCITY system evaluates all 12 of the standard urine chemistry parameters, including
glucose, protein, bilirubin, urobilinogen, pH, specific gravity, blood, ketones, nitrite, leukocyte esterase,
color and clarity. Additionally, it has a pad on the strip specific for measuring the presence of ascorbic
acid, a potential interfering substance.
