• A stroke is a life-threatening medical illness that occurs
when part of the brain's blood supply is cut off. Strokes
are a medical emergency that requires immediate action.
The sooner a stroke victim receives care, the less damage
is likely to occur.

• I am working on a project that is about stroke. The Project is for early diagnosis of stroke.
I am trying to find ways for early diagnosis of this disease by using Deep Learning and
Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN).

Stroke is a disease that affects the arteries
leading to and within the brain.
Stroke occurs when the blood supply to
part of our brain is cut off. Blood carries
oxygene to our brain which is important
because without ocygene our brain cells
can be damaged.
The blood vessels that are feeding the
brains are named internal carotids and
vertebral arteries. Those are the part of
the nervous system that are active in
stroke.
5. The damage caused by stroke
depends on where the stroke
occurred.
If it occurred at the end of the
blood vessels, the person may
not feel anything.
On the other hand, if it
occurred at some critical point,
it may cause some fatal
damages.

• Firstly, I do not even know that strokes have different types. I knew that it is only because
of the lack of oxygen, but I learned that there is a second type of stroke which is a
hemorrhagic stroke that is where the blood vessels open and bleeds.
• I learned the effects of the strokes better.
• And lastly, when I hear something about strokes, tumors, or anything that is related to
neurobiology, I am listening to the problem with excitement, and think about their effects on
patients what causes that disease.
• With this course, I discovered that I have a great interest in neurobiology.
