I was designated as an Assistant Manager - Accounts at Topsel Toyota on July 2011;
my reporting senior was the Finance Director and the Toyota Division Incharge. I have
been assigned with the total accounts responsibility of Toyota Branches including the
finalization of accounts.
My key responsibilities in the company were:
 Monthly sales tax and service tax liability statement send to HO and quarterly sales
tax return details.
 Preparation of quarterly Profit & Loss Statement for four Toyota branches and
consolidation of the same and send it to HO.
 Visit four Toyota branches at regular interval.
 Stock checking and reconciliation.
 Preparation of monthly stock statement for bank and send to HO.
 Head Office Reconciliation and Debtors statement checking.
 Completing Annual Final Accounts of the four branches under Companies Act and
assisting the statutory auditor in completing the statutory audit Conducting test of
details and controls for fixed assets, inventory, other assets additions.
On April 2013, I got a Promoted to “Deputy Manager – Accounts.”
On April 2014, I got promoted to “Manager Accounts and Internal Audit”and
posted to Head Office. My reporting senior was the Finance Director and VP – Finance &
