About Our Company
Fine Things Packages LLC (DBA Fine Things Packages)
Our company headquarters is located at 404 N. 31st Street, Billings,
MT 59101 and we maintain a permanent representative office in New
York City at 401 Broadway, Suite 2501,New York, NY 10013. Tempo-
rary offices are opened annually in selected cities world wide to pro-
vide services for our events. We maintained offices recently in Swit-
zerland and Austria for Euro 2008, Tampa, Florida (Super Bowl XLIII)
and most recently in Rome (Champions League Final).
Fine Things Packages ® is a leading provider of packages for
major “sold out” sports events worldwide. We are one of the few
true global companies in our industry. Most of our competitors do not
offer substantial packages to clients beyond their borders—or to
events that are not national passions in their own country. As our
testimonials indicate, our customers come from across the globe, and
we host major events internationally where virtually all of our clients
are based abroad. Our clients range from fans to major corporations,
and governmental entities in numerous diverse countries—depending
on the event. Many of our events, such as the World Cup, Rugby
World Cup and Champions League Final are located in different coun-
tries every year. We have developed some of the industry’s
best service systems and specialized expertise that enable us to take
large numbers of corporate clients and fans to such events, no matter
where on Earth they are located.
We have the Best Service Team in the Industry. We provide con-
tinuing services to ensure that your package is precisely what we
agreed to deliver. From the time you first contact the company, you will
be provided direct lines to the manager and staff that will serve you
throughout the contract. Once the event approaches, our event conci-
erge will be at your service throughout the event. Our service team is
there to ensure that you have the time of your life, and we have a
client for life.
Fine Things is independent. This guarantees you the best value in
the industry. Fine Things is unique in the “sold out” packaging busi-
ness. We do not have a conflict of interest. We are not affiliated with
any box office, ticket brokerage, hotel, airline, or with any event spon-
sor such as the NFL, FIFA, Wimbledon, or the Masters. Our primary
job is to negotiate with such suppliers for the best prices for our clients.
This is why we can offer the best value for your money for comparable
packages in the industry.
Your transaction is secure. We guarantee our packages and ser-
vices in written contract. Our company maintains a permanent brick-
and-mortar presence at our corporate headquarters in Billings, Mon-
tana and in New York. Our Montana location allows us to provide
savings to our package purchasers, as neither sales tax nor value
added tax are applicable. Billings is the largest city in Montana but is
small enough for our company’s reputation to be known in our busi-
ness community. We provide references from our bankers, account-
ants and professional advisors upon request, and accept most major
credit cards.
We are a Better Business Bureau (BBB) Accredited
Business and a member of the American Society of
Travel Agents (ASTA). We adhere to both organizations’
Code of Ethics. The Better Business Bureau’s Spokane,
Washington office maintains a permanent file on our com-
pany and you may contact them directly at:
(509) 455 4200. We have been awarded the
BBB’s highest reliability rating which you can view by
clicking the BBB Accredited Business link that appears
on our website. ASTA is the leading association of
travel suppliers & agencies in the world with over 5,000
members.

“Purchasing your package was one of the easiest things I
have ever done! All we had to do was show up and the ser-
vices set up, from breakfast to transportation to and from the
airport, hotel and game were all taken care of. We had a won-

future to book an event. We really enjoyed our seats…they
were GREAT!”

everything and well worth the

of the elements making the Adler the most distinguished
place to stay in Madrid.
