Created to strengthen our support for UK businesses by
committing to increase lending to SMEs by way of Cashflow
Lending
• Leveraging the skills and knowledge of our Acquisition
Finance offering and assessment of business cashflows
• Focussed on the SME (£5m - £30m turnover) for
established, non-sponsored and sustainable businesses
with strong cash generation track record
• Typically minimum EBITDA £500k and leverage up to 3X
• Sector agnostic however proposition is clearly more
aligned to businesses with a more intangible nature to their
balance sheet
• Consideration will also be given for unlocking some of the
capital value of businesses through a partial equity release
(‘cash-out’)
