What is E-Consent?
If organizations need to procure and track any form of consent, or they need to get an official declaration from their users that the information they are providing is accurate, then they should leverage e-consent in INSZoom.
E-consent in INSZoom is a customizable way for organizations to manage and track consent - whether it is terms of service, terms of use, or a statement of truthfulness
INSZoom’s E-Consent module is a subscription based module which provides a framework to define electronic consent in your INSZoom application.
This new module can be used to protect yourself and your organization, it ensures accuracy and validity of the information your clients provide, you get the ability to have your clients pre-consent to your Terms of Service and you can customize the e-Consent message per your organization’s needs.
Now we will explore INSZoom’s new integration with DocuSign. Now you can send contracts or agreements to your clients for them to electronically sign directly from INSZoom using the new DocuSign functionality. We are going to cover:
How to request to be subscribed to the DocuSign integration
The set up of DocuSign in INSZoom and link your account
How to send contracts to clients (or potential clients) for e-signing
Viewing alerts to confirm your client signature
Now, to send contracts via DocuSign first select the contract template you would like to use, you can either search for available templates, or add a new one. Then click on use. The selected template will populate the ‘Contracts for signature section’ where you can click on DocuSign.
The system will take you to log into DocuSign -
From there you can add the fields you need to have completed for the agreement.
You can add fields like employer name, email, or free text for either you or the FN, or any other stakeholder, to complete.
As well as of course their signature---
Once your template is ready with the fields you need in DocuSign, just click on send. The FN will receive an email asking them to review and sign the document.
Once they add their signature -
You and the FN will both get a confirmation email as soon as the document has been completed by all parties.
The contract status will then automatically change to ‘Completed’ and you will have finished having the agreement e-signed.
Now that you’ve seen how INSZoom can leverage DocuSign to e-sign contracts you can sign up for the feature directly through your INSZoom account. Just go to subscriptions once logged in. The fees for the additional service include a one-time initiation fee of $99 (for the entire account), and an on-going subscription fee of $60 per user per year.
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a security system that requires more than one method of authentication from independent categories of credentials to verify the user's identity for a login or other transaction. For INSZoom, a username and password is single-factor authentication, and multi-factor authentication would require users to have a username & password as well as a mobile device to log in to the application.
In recent years, security concerns have grown as hackers have compromised millions of accounts across various services and industries. With the growing risk to our data security, new tools, such as MFA, have evolved to protect individuals.
INSZoom strives to provide the highest levels of security for the data you store in our application, and while we provide that security within our application, we are unable to prevent someone from stealing your password and using it to access your INSZoom account.
The global framework in INSZoom allows users to track the immigration cases of foreign nationals who are migrating to countries other than the USA. The global framework is for tracking non-US bound cases, and users have the ability to record and report on:
Key dates
Foreign National profile information
Sponsor information
Documents required for the case
Immigration Forms for the destination country
Upgrading to the Global Framework with INSZoom will enable Clients to:
Access, create and manage clients and cases in up to 90 countries
Initiate cases per country- Create questionnaires and cases steps per country
Add and manage INSZoom accounts for your vendor-partners in other countries giving them access to the clients and cases they are working on with you
Allow their corporate client’s HR to initiate, view and manage their staff’s cases
Report on immigration activity domestically and internationally in one, comprehensive system
Single sign-on (SSO) is a session and user authentication service that permits an end user to enter one set of login credentials (such as a name and password) and be able to access multiple applications.

Working with different streams of communication leads to errors, missed messages, duplicate work and other breakdowns in the case management process. With some messages coming through INSZoom and others through an email application like Gmail it becomes difficult to maintain business continuity.
If cases need to be transferred between case managers information can easily be lost in the transition. Ideally, all communication would be centralized in one place.
Email Sync with INSZoom solves this problem by linking emails from INSZoom to an outside email application so both systems stay current with one another. Users can correspond in their email tool like Outlook, and have that communication automatically saved with the corresponding case record in INSZoom.
It also works the other way; so emails sent from INSZoom also appear on the users regular email tool. Both systems are kept current and all communication regarding a case can be readily accessed by a case management team.
Once subscribed to email sync users will be able to record and view their email communication in both their external email tool as well as with the client or case record in INSZoom. No Plug-Ins or downloads are required.
