1) Quantitative Factors – We focus on risk adjusted returns ratios, i.e. how much return our investments is
giving for the amount of risk is taken, over just performance.
IMM Investment Indicators is our in-house proprietary model which is used to assess fund performance
and consistency over a period of time. Rolling returns and various risk metrics ratios which constitutes the III
model determine the top quartile funds. This is just the first step in our screening process
2) Qualitative Factors - Conformity to fund mandate, investment decision making process, fund management
team’s knowledge and experiences are few things that help us to analyse funds at a deeper level. This forms
the basis for the final investment decision.
After deciding our final recommendation, we bucket each investment basis the risk-return dynamics of the
investment so that the investor is clear of the suitability of the product according to the investor’s risk profile.
